Ultimately, penis enhancement surgery should only be considered by men who have a micropenis, warns Wadhwa, “to pass urine normally while standing, enable satisfying sexual intercourse and improve quality of life”.

And even then, they should consider “non-invasive techniques such as testosterone supplementation or traction devices” before signing on the dotted line.
